    If I want to space my objects evenly in a grid, I distribute the space on each row (horizontally) and each column (vertically).
    Is there an option or a script to distribute the vertical and horizontal space in one step to make a perfect grid?

    Often the best way to ensure everything is in a grid is to put it inside a table. You can turn off the table strokes if you don’t want it to look like a table, of course.
