      Hi,

I read of an external app / utility which could display certain embedded information from an INDD file – such as which links were included (and the linked file folder tree etc I'd imagine), fonts used, and other such things. I thought at the time, that would be cool, but I don't really use InDesign that frequently… Now I've changed my mind but can't seem to find that webpage for the life of me.

The benefit of the utility (at least for me) is that I could more quickly view those items without the need to launch the entire program (which can take some time to fully load). I mainly work as a graphic artist supplying those things (graphics / fonts) to others for them to put into INDD docs, but from time to time I actually create the INDD doc myself & later need to pass along just graphics to others, so packaging the entire INDD file isn't really the solution either…

Any help – direction is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thanks, I looked at that one (following your reply) and that's in line, but this utility was specifically for InDesign, and (big point I left out) it is a freeware app (I'm 90% sure of that point, b/c I don't remember looking up a price point, and working for a church we're on a limitted budget, hence I think of & looking into prices quickly… Thanks for the quick reply – but not quite what I was looking for…
