Disappearing pages in PDF export

      I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction on how to solve a disappearing page problem. I imported a document originally written in Word into CS5. The Word document is in English, but done in a Japanese version of Word and the original author used footnotes. The footnotes seem to have been preserved in InDesign and I am in the process of cleaning up styles and other “stuff”. However when I did a test export to PDF, several pages are coming up blank in the PDF. I am getting no error messages and the preflight provides no hints.

      Could any kind soul recommend where I should start in trying to track down/solve the problem?

      Can you post some screen shots with guides, invisibles, frames etc all visible.

      Dear Eugene,

      Thanks for the offer to take a look at the file. I have solved the problem. I figured that there was something hidden related to doing the original text in a Japanese version of Word. A lot of retyping on the affected pages ended up eliminating whatever was screwing up the PDF conversion.
