Deselecting object in CS5

      Is there anything changed how to deselect an object from a group of selected ones? I am having big problems with it working 'usual' way.

      In my case, I select a bunch of frames and then I need to deselect one circle and text frame. Both are on top, but still InD prefers to deselect one of lower frames when I click on circle. I have few other similar situations so this must be some kind of new feature?
