Deleting Missing Fonts

I’m preparing a document to be submitted as a template that will be used by InDesign newbies, so needs to be as simple as possible. Find Font shows 7 missing fonts I want to get rid of — not much text in this, I’ve checked all visually and I can’t see any so think they are spaces. If sending to print I’d just sync the missing but since this file needs to be really clean and not contain anything that could cause a new user confusion, I want to get rid of them all. There are only four acceptable types faces, as this is brand restricted to their official fonts. I could change all missing to one of those but it still wouldn’t be right. Sorry if I’m missing something obvious which is probably the case.

      Hi Jaqueline,
you can easily find where the fonts are used and substitute those with whatever you want with the Find Fonts command inside the Text menu.

      Let’s check it out

      Thank you, that worked!
