Delete line starting with a given string

      Hi, I am having another total mental block when trying to get GREP to delete a line that starts with a given string e.g:

      Report from Fred
      Documents from Bert
      Report from Harry
      Pages from Anne

      Basically, I want to be able to delete the lines that start with the string “Report”

      I would be very grateful if someone could help me with this.
