Define Headers and footers on placed table

      HI All
      I would like to know if there is a way to define Header, footers, and body rows on placed table. If I am using InDesign function, insert a table, you need to define Headers, Footers, and body rows. When placing a table, how can I define it on the placed table.

      I will appreciate any help
