      Hi all,

Thank you for any help you can provide! Among other things, I design brochures for real estate agents to market their properties for sale. I’m trying to automate the process of entering the information (agent info, agent photo, property price, agent realtor license info, etc.) as much as possible. With the several brochure templates I have created, I’d like to either 1) create a “dummy page” or an area in the pasteboard in the document, in which I can enter all fields in one place, that will auto-populate where they need to on the actual brochure pages, or 2) a way to easily import a single-record XML or other data file for a data merge.

I’d actually rather just use the pasteboard area and enter the fields there if that’s doable, unless anyone has another suggestion to accomplish the end goal? Thanks again!
