Data Merge Indesign

      Hello indesigners!

      I have a project which I need some help with to try and streamline my work flow using Data Merge

      I have 9 business card templates

      (3 different layouts) x (3 Different fonts used on the 3 layouts) = Total of 9 templates

      So my question is if I set up 9 master pages can data merge select the correct master page to use by adding a column with

      a number from 1 to 9 as an example.

      Nope. You have to setup the placeholders on all the different templates. Some plugins will likely help you with this kind of stuff. However, I don't know any of them.
