Customized page numbers (pg 1 starts on pg 4 w/ intro pages)

      I need to customize my page numbers and I'm hoping I don't have to break up my document into multiple files to do it.

      What I would like is:

      -page 1 is a cover page with no page number

      -the next 2 pages are introduction pages with page numbers i, ii

      -pages 4 thru the end is my document with normal page numbers starting at 1, 2, ….

      Is this an in-house production, or a loose-leaflet ring bound book of some kind? It's pretty odd to have page 'i' at the left side and 'ii' at the right. Usually, new sections start on a right hand side, so all odd pages are on the right.

      Thanks for the lead! That was actually a pretty simple solution

      And you are right about the page numbers- I just misspoke when I wrote my orignial post
