Custom Leading in Bullets and Numbering Options

      Quite often, I make character and paragraph styles with bullets and/or numbering and always have to do a work around with the leading inbetween the bullets.

      I want to have the leading within the bullets to be auto and then have a custom leading between the bullets (at least a double space). How would I go about doing this?

      What I currently do is just double space and then go back into the line where there is a bullet or number by itself and change the style manually.
