[CS6] Exporting PDF – sometimes I get one page, sometimes all pages. Why?

      The inconsistency is baffling, it's almost random.

      I export a spread to PDF… sometimes the “All pages” radio button is ticked. Sometimes “Range: 1” is ticked. I have no idea why it changes. I'm the only person using this computer, and I ALWAYS want all pages, and I've never chosen any other option.

      But every so often… it changes on its own and I end up having to export again, swearing loudly. Why does this option change? How can I make it stick? Acrobat 9 Pro, if it matters.
