    Hi All
    I’ve taken a quick look at previous posts but there is nothing new about crashing.

    We have had 2 years – yes that’s right – 2 years of problems with InDesign CS6:
    Issue
    Slow processing when two ID files running
    Error message – InDesign not responding
    Very slow processing when three Indd files running simultaneously
    Photoshop crashed. Error message – AppName: photoshop.exe AppVer: 13.0.1.34 ModName: msvcr100.dll
    ModVer: 10.0.40219.1 Offset: 0008d6fd

    Could not open InDesign. Error message AppName: indesign.exe AppVer: 8.0.2.413 ModName: msvcr100.dll
    ModVer: 10.0.40219.1 Offset: 0008d6fd

    Slow processing taking 10 seconds for each process to respond
    Slow processing when two ID files running
    Could not open InDesign. Error message C:\DOCUME~1\vgw81758.IHS\LOCALS~1\Temp\f309_appcompat.txt AppName: indesign.exe AppVer: 8.0.2.413 ModName: msvcr100.dll
    ModVer: 10.0.40219.1 Offset: 0008d6fd

    When working in InDesign document it freezes and cannot be shut down even through Task Manager

    Unfortunately the text I flowed in to this post did not keep the formatting so is a bit muddled but perhaps you can get the picture.

    We run on PCs and the server size is 16 Gig, hard drive is 297 GB.

    Any suggestions appreciated.
