Cross-References Single-Digit to Double-Digit Question

      Hello, Does anyone know how to make page numbers double digits when creating single digits for cross references?
      In other words, I would like the page number to state 01 opposed to 1, or page 03 opposed to page 3.

      The definition for page numbers is as follows:
      <pageNum />

      Note: I am using Adobe InDesign CS6 (Mac).
      Note: I am aware that I can place a 0 in front of the definition above, but that would be a complete hack solution leading to trouble if pages were added.

      Go the Pages window and select the Numbering & Sections Options submenu and select 01,02,03… from the Style menu
