Cross-reference to a range of pages?

      I'm using CS4 and trying to create a cross-reference to a paragraph that flows over 2 pages. So, the reference would say something like “See 'Teaching Vocabulary” on pages xx–xx.” I can't figure out a way to make a custom cross-reference format that would automatically reference the page the paragraph begins on and the page the paragraph ends on.

      Any suggestions?

      You might take a look at dtptools.com cross-references pro plug-in. It offers more functionality for x-refs than the built-in feature.
