Cross reference in book panel to epub file

      Hi,

      I'm trying export an epub file from book panel with cross reference in beginning of documents.

      In book panel I have a TOC file, with all links to others docs by cross reference.

      When I export the EPUB from just one Indd file, the links works well. But, when I use book panel them don't work.

      Before export I synchronise “all cross reference” and nothing. I use ID CS5 7.0.3

      I open the EPUB and note that information of document's name there isn't in href tag, just the anchor

      Maybe I have have forgotten something.
