I’ve got a company directory I’m creating to put on our Intranet. I’m exporting it as an interactive PDF so users can click on buttons (departments, back to directory page, etc.). I want to make it so I have certain text boxes that won’t appear in the exported PDF until someone goes to print it, including page numbers next to the departments listed on the directory page and page numbers in the document. Is there any to do this?
