Creating PDFs for Acrobat AND BlueBeam??

      As another thread mentioned, BlueBeam seems to be the standard for the Architectural Industry. I create PDFs that are often sent to clients and I generally set them up to be viewed “Two-up Cover” so the user sees the spread laid out nicely.

      Looks great in Adobe Acrobat. It looks like crud in BlueBeam. Anyone found a way to make Bluebeam display PDFs nicely?

      Have you tried adding one of the standards to your PDF or Distiller settings?

      I work as a graphic designer at an architectural firm and so far the best solution I’ve found is to export your InDesign pages as JPGS and then use Acrobat to combine them into a PDF. The downside to this is that you lose editing capabilities, but at least everything looks as you intended. Would love to hear how other designers tackle this issue.
