      Hi

Ive been using a separate text frame for my heading 1, and adding them all as the last step in editing my document, in order to create a layout where the heading is the only thing occupying the top margin, ie a hangline. See the image example below. But of course text flow doesnt work well using this method and its tedious in long documents.

The only other way I have achieved this without separate frames for the headings, is to align all my body text to a baseline grid beginning where I want the top margin to be (about 60 mm from the top edge of the page). All other styles except heading 1 must use align “first line only” to grid, for this to work also. I don't really like this method either, as I don't have much success getting the leading & spacing quite right.

Any tricks how this can achieved without separate frames for Heading 1? or aligning all the remaining text to a grid?
