create composite proof of tab ears

      Each document page shows a tab template with five ears, and uses one text box with 5 columns. Text flows from column to column, and text boxes are linked from page to page. The customer’s PDF proof shows 5 tab ears per page, in order. That’s great for proofing, but for copying, each tab ear requires its own page. I am hoping there’s an easy way to create composite proofs of tab ears.
