      Hi all!
I hope you’re well and safe.

I am trying to copy several *white symbols / logos on transparent background* from Ai to Id.
As I copy in InDesign, the transparent background seems to be omitted and thus the bounding box snaps to the closest white edges of symbols / logos. Seems logical but in my case, I’d like to keep the transparent box to correctly space several logos and apply a stroke that can be easily altered within InDesign.

      Any ideas?

      Many thanks!
      K.

Why copy rather than place? I find that if I place an AI file into ID, the transparent background is intact.
