Following a Lynda tutorial (Elements of a Layout) – have a problem cutting/copying a headline and strapline and pasting it to a text frame on a new page (same document). It does not copy the paragraph styling – just the plain text?

Must be something simple I’m missing – dont think the clipboard parameters affect this operation (but did try all the permutations to no avail).

      Any help appreciated

I would check to see if it is actually set to a specific paragraph style and not [Basic Paragraph], also would check to make sure the destination document does not already contain a paragraph style by the same name.

      Menu “Edition”! … Under OSX: Cmd-Shift-V! ;-)
