Converting PDFs to an editable In Design document

      We are needing to convert PDF page files to an In Design (editable) document. I did a quick search and found a 3rd party software called PDFMarkz. It looks like it will do the job but before I purchase I thought I’d check with this group to see if there are any other (better) solutions.

      I recommend leguptools.com

      Works well. Pay per page, no up-front cost.

      There are several major ways to convert PDF files to InDesign. Adobe is working on this technology, in their current “public beta” of InDesign”

      I have used PDFMarkz recently. It really depends on how complex your document is. It does create a lot of garbage in the InDesign file. So there is a lot of cleanup as far as styles, colors, text boxes and other small details.
