convert a character style to a paragraph style and vice versa

      Hi

      1) Is it possible to convert a character style to a paragraph style and vice versa?

      2) Is it possible that some words should have a separate paragraph style in a single paragraph, to have on certain words the “space after” feature Etc., which is not possible in a character style.
