Control panel all grayed out

      Ever since I updated to the new InDesign CC 2019 this morning, my control panel is all grayed out and nothing is showing up on it. Every time I update to a new InDesign version I always have to re-customize my setup to make it look like how I want. I don’t like any of the Workspaces that come with InDesign, so I have to change everything. I also float my control panel on the bottom and don’t have any application frame at the top. I called Adobe and they said it’s a known problem. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, did you find a solution for it? Adobe suggested going back to using InDesign CC until they get the problem fixed. That is what I’m doing right now.
