Change (textual) content in a Single PDF after pressing a button?

      Not sure if this is the right section for this question but I need to create a ONE page PDF which is interactive and should work on iPad but there are at least 4-5 buttons on the PDF for which the content changes for each pressed button.

      So, how do I do that within InDesign?

      I know I could create 4-5 pages and just redirect to each page once a button is pressed but it needs to be one page and not 4-5?!

      I have an example PDF (which I cannot share) and opening in Acrobat just shows one page and not 4-5 so how it is done?

      Thanks in advance for answering/helping me out :-)

      Buttons do not work on the iPad, sorry. It is very annoying. You can use hyperlinks but they will not change appearance.
