    Hi there,

    I can’t solve this, I’m trying to change the format of the hyperlinks with character style from the hyperlink menu but won’t change.
    They appear above the line looking like a footnote reference.

    Looks like maybe there is some unwanted formatting in the character style you’re applying… like subscript or baseline shift.

    It looks like the Character style has subscript ON. Check the position drop-down in Basic Character Formats in Character style options dialog. It most probably is set to subscript in your case, should be “normal” instead.
