Case bind vs perfect bind document setup

      As a fairly newcomer to Indesign, is there any difference in the way you need to set up a document that’s going to be page stitched and case bound (i.e. in multiples of 4/16 pages) against a straightforward perfect bound book?

      I’m confused about whether simply ‘stretching’ (resizing the frame) images across a spread will work for the case-bound.
