I made some jpeg pictures with Adobe Indesign. I tried to print them at walmart .com. They would not upload, but other jpegs i did not make would upload. I took the same pictures to a walmart store and had no trouble printing them.

The pictures are below the maximum size. They are jpeg. They will print at store but not upload.

Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Can it be that I have not flattened them? If that is the case why will they print at store?

I need to know why they wont upload as I want to send them to a bunch of people. They would not upload to another site either.

      Thank you for any help.

If your main concern is figuring out why the files wouldn't upload to the sites you already tried, the only thing I can suggest is to take a very detailed look at exactly what specifications those sites require — it could be almost anything. If your main concern is finding a way to share the files, consider something like a free DropBox account. Gmail can send some pretty huge files, too.

Also, you might want to make sure that, when you're uploading, you're pointing directly at the file itself, not at an alias. (“Alias” is the Mac word, not sure what they call it on PCs.) Good luck!

Can you check the color mode of failing and working JPEGs? Possibly those you created are CMYK, while the website only allows RGB.
