Can't split page content from pages that are not linked

      In my front matter, I have a copyright page and then the TOC starts on a separate page. I have a different paragraph style applied to the top-most text and it is supposed to make each appear on their own page when exported to EPUB. What happens is the CONTENTS (TOC) starts a line or so down from the end of the Copyright page. Can’t seem to split these two. Maybe I need to put them on separate master pages?

      I think I figure out a workaround or maybe it’s the right thing to do. I told the paragraph style that was controlling the copyright page text to apply 200px of margin at the top. That pushed it down and the TOC to the next page.
