Working in a Book with several Documents. I create and save my TOC Style, then use the saved style to create the TOC in my InDesign document in my book. Everything works perfect.

But when I Export Book to Epub, my saved TOC Style is not listed as an option in my TOC Style drop-down Menu. Only Default is available. When I Export to Epub, my navigational TOC lists just the Document Titles (as it would in Default) and the TOC page in the epub is formatted with my TOC Style, but does not function.

Why won't my saved style show up in my epub export options? Please help!

I have exactly the same problem! I just discovered that (using CS6) if you select File>export>epub instead of using the menu that comes out of the 'Books' panel, then my TOC style appears. I have no idea why this is the case. However, when I export it, the styles now appear just about as wanted in the epub viewer, but the links seem to be broken or not appearing at all.

The TOC style needs to be saved in the Style Source document in the book panel, even if the TOC itself is flowed into a different document.

From the Book panel, open the style source INDD file, go to Layout > Table of Contents Styles, and make sure your TOC style is listed there.
