Buttons that trigger formulas in DPS?

      I want to create buttons that trigger formulas for an iPad document. It's a basic survey — each row has a question; each question gets a button poked from 1 (agree) to 5 (no way). At the end, score is tallied. I installed trial version of DTP Tools Active Tables, but I see no way to link the buttons to the cell and its associated formula. Any suggestions?
