Book Palette repagination

      I am working on a Bible in CS5.5, soon to go to press. Book pages in the Book Palette were renumbered as requested in the Book Palette/renumber option. Unfortunately, the odd numbered document start pages stayed on the left, and the even numbered document starts stayed on the right.

      Should pages OR spreads be checked or not in the document layout/pages? Or should BOTH be checked as on or off in the document layout/pages palette??

      Please help. Going to final tomorrow!!!! Page count is 2184. That's a lot of reflow!
