Book numbering

      My books consists of four section. First, second and third import with no problem. The fourth section is imported to the book, but it’s consecutively following the page numbering AFTER the second section. Section four begins numbering at 105, and completely overlooks the fact that section three begins with page 105 and ends with 210 — so the first page of section four should be 211, NOT 105!

      I seem to have selected “automatic numbering” and “continue from previous document in the book.” Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

      Your Numbering & Section Options dialog box might be set up incorrectly at the beginning of each document or section. Check that.
