Book automatically sorts the content, frustrating

      Hello All!

      I posted this thread in Adobes official Forum, but the answer I got about renaming the file names wasn't satisfying. Maybe someone of you have a working solution.

      I have a problem when adding files to a book. Though I select the files in a certain order (using alt) Indesign sorts the files in alphabetic order when I click Open in the “Add document window”.

      I want to compile a book with the same file order as I selected them. I don’t want to add the files one by one, or start sorting all files within the book once it is composed.

      Any suggestions?

      Not really, that's simnply the way it works …

      *Any* other solution would be at least as much work as the current available ones: adding files one by one, or adding all of them and then dragging them around in the Book panel.
