Hello – I need to create a basic interactive PDF for use on an iPad; text only, 400 pages, and not reflowable. The interactivity will all be hyperlinks & cross references, so that doesn't appear to be a problem. No sound or video or animation.
This is for a corporate meeting, where each of the 40 participants will have an ipad and a stylus. They want to be able to annotate the PDF on their iPads. I know this is possible on several PDF readers, including Adobe's. There will be a lot of lists of names and people's brief bios and the users will be taking notes on their ipads during meetings.
Any suggestions on the best free reader app for them to use to make the annotation process easy and compatible, and also to make sure they can all use the interactive navigation buttons?
I plan to create the document in Indesign CS6 and export as interactive PDF, then tweak the button actions in Acrobat XI. Any tips would be appreciated!
