I am a photographer, new to the program of indesign, and am making a photoalbum .

I have one page with a black background and eight images appearing. I applied the basic feather effect to all the images on the page and while I am in the program everything lookes fine, also in the presentation preview everything looks fine.

However when I export a pdf to send my customer the proofs, there are very thin white lines that appear to be the image frames that are intersecting between images and leaving marks.

I have put everything I can think that has to do with borders on zero, but nothing I have done so far seems to stop the problem.

If anyone can tell me what I am doing wrong it would be much appreciated !

You're probably exporting PDF/X1-a files. If they're just proofs, you should probably send PDF/X4 or just change the Compatibility to Acrobat 6 or later.

This seems to be a flattening problem when exporting to pdf. The use of pdf/x-4 should solve the problem. Check the settings in acrobat too, overprint should be on all the time, if not you could end up with some differences between CS and Acrobat.
