Automatic Hyperlink Destinations

      Hi everyone

      I've got a job where there are literally hundreds of hyperlink destinations I have to make, so is there a script to create hyperlink text anchors by running it against a character style of the text that needs to be made into a hyperlink destination?

      At start, I designed my site to post just a few scripts: maybe a dozen or two. But for years it grew more and more, and now it has quite a number of pages.
