    Hi I’m new to InDesign and was wondering if there is a way to set a fixed gap between frames, which would imply that frames automatically reposition themselves according to their content.

    Let’s say I have one text box with 50 words in it and, sitting right beneath it, a quarter of an inch away from the baseline of the last sentence, another text box with 60 words in it. Now let’s say I copy/paste these frames and edit the text of the top one to bring the word count to 25. How can the quarter inch gap be maintained without having to manually adjust it? One can also imagine a similar scenario with pictures or a blend of pictures and text and various gap widths.
