Artifact Leader Dots

I have Index with Title and Page numbers, separated with Tab, styled as Leader Dots. As per below example. Abcxyz ..... 8, 14, 20, 26 xyz ..... 20, 26 I wanted to artifact these Leader dots for the Accessible PDF.
