Anchor picture box problem

      I have a lot of text entries that each get an anchored photo. Mostly they work, I copy the box with the Black Arrow, place text cursor in the text portion where I want, paste and anchored box appears, and I drag it into vertical position. But some come in not aligned to the text edge where I have the cursor, but to the right about an inch. And one came in but text did not wrap.

      What could this be? I’m thinking some character in the text that doesn’t belong, most work so doesn’t seem like it would be what I am doing. Appreciate any help, thanks so much.
