All Page Information to print on custom PDF

      How do I get the Page Information to print the same width of my document when creating a custom size PDF. When I print/export say a 100x110mm advert as a custom size, the name and date starts and finishes 7.6mm off to the left and the same to the right. We could create an A4/A3 version, but I would rather have our proofs as custom.

      Add a text variable to the slug area on the MASTER PAGE and include the slug area in the output?
