AdobePDF 9 Missing

      macOS 10.6.6

      Today, I see that can't select the AdobePDF 9 when setting up to print a postscript file from within InDesign

      It seems AdobePDF was there last week.

      I need to select AdobePDF for my setup. Now setup is grayed out, unless I select my Epson printer, which is not what I need.

      If I select my Epson printer, the setup looks correct, but after printing to postscript and running it in distiller, the page dimensions are wrong.

      Now in the PPD menu, I see: Device Independent.

      I know I hadn't seen 'Device Independent' before today. I had deleted my printer drivers (and reinstalled) the other day due to some problems. Maybe that caused this issue.
