Adding page numbers to running heads for endnotes

      I have a book with 100+ pages of endnotes. I'd like to add “Notes for pages xxx-xxx” to the running heads in that section, so the reader will know which pages in the book the endnotes are from. Is there a way to do this automatically?

      In the main narrative, each endnote number has a character style applied to it (Endnote Reference). Is it possible to instruct InDesign to insert the page numbers where the first and last endnotes on that page are found within the main narrative?
