Add running headers to TOC

      I have my section markers and running headers set up. Now how do I apply them to a table of contents, so that the titles only show the first instance and not repeating over and over

      Section 1
      Running Header 1
      Running Header 2
      Running Header 3
      Section 2
      Running Header 1
      Running Header 2
      Running Header 3
