I want to add 1″ to the bottom of my catalog WITHOUT shifting all the elements to the center of the page (which is what happens if I simply change document settings. Anybody?

You may be able to use the Page tool. Select the master pages (or the pages you want to change), choose the page tool, set the Reference point in the Control panel to one of the points at the top, and then make the page taller (add 1″ to the Height field).

Thanks, David! It appears to me that I can change a single page at a time, which is nice, but I have 84 pages to change. I tried selecting (or highlighting) all the pages in the pages panel, but only one page was affected.

Hm. Something is wrong. When I select all the pages in the Pages panel, or if I select both pages of Master Page A, and then change the height, ALL the pages change.

Tried it again and it worked. I had pages highlighted but apparently they were not “selected.” This will come in handy to make add page navigation buttons for a print catalog to online project. THANKS!
