ADA Text to Speech Issue

      I am putting together a document that has to conform to 508 Accessibility guidelines. I know how to do all of that but i am running into an issue where the text isn’t being being read on some pages top to bottom in the column but reading across the two columns. It only seems to be happening where i have an Image in the middle of the text wrapping the two columns around it. What am i missing?

      I should have mentioned that i tested it with NVDA 2019.2.1 – and it is doing the same thing. Thanks! I did not test with JAWS as I would have to pay for it

      I put it on it own layer and put it below the layer the text is on, and it worked perfectly.

      Layer order is a factor in how text and images are read, but I don’t think that should matter if it’s a single text frame. I’m glad you got it working. Are you using the Articles panel to set up the tag order?
