ACTIONS.RPLN invalid? Frame edges on PDF export

      I am using CS5.5 and, without warning or having changed anything, started having an error pop up whenever I try to start the program I get an error stating that my ACTIONS.RPLN is not valid.

      So, in order to start the program, I have to use the CTRL + ALT keys to start it.

      HELP!

      And now whenever I export to PDF a book cover for CreateSpace, despite having all the frame edges turned off, they keep showing up in the PDF.

      HELP!
