Want your guides to match up with ruler units? It’s easy. Just hold the Shift key when dragging out a guide to snap it to ruler tick marks. Double-click on the ruler to quickly create a guide where you clicked.
Also, holding shift while you double click the ruler snaps the guide to the nearest tick mark.
