Acker has spent nearly 30 years working in a corporate environment. As a vice president of operations and a director of training he has recruited, hired and trained thousands of successful employees. He has been a frequent guest speaker for major travel associations and conventions across the U.S., including the American Bus Association, Gray Line Worldwide, and the Council on Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Education. Over the years, Acker has spent countless hours counseling business leaders on employee recruiting, deficiencies in the workplace, and creating purpose for employee and business success.
